Kim Kim's Caramel Corn

So, as you are looking at this, please try to resist licking/chomping your computer screen. Number one, you would have to pay money to fix something of that sort, and number two; I wish to save you the embarrassment of answering any questions regarding why this damage happen to the screen.
This lovely, wonderful, scrumptious, and SUPER ADDICTING recipe came from my best baking friend, Kim Kim. Unfortunately, she has moved far-far away to some distant country (aka the Dakotas) and it makes me sad. But, her recipes live on!
Kim Kim's Caramel Corn
Items Needed:
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 quarts popped popcorn (keep corn hot)
Directions
1. Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and soda. Pout over popped popcorn, mixing well.
3. Bake in a 250 degree oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and break into pieces. Store in airtight containers.

Now try and stop yourself from eating it all, if you are successful...let me know. That deserves a pat on the back!
