So, this post is about three weeks old, but it's still important, and it's still my 100th post! WOO! That's so exciting. So for the time being, I will be using this old loner Dell computer thanks to the computer people at MePush! I'm so thankful for them! YAY!
Oh yeah, I thought that I would tell you something, I lost everything. Every single picture, every single special recipe that I haven't shared with you yet. Everything. Yes, I cried, pouted, and showed my bottom lip. It wasn't a pretty sight. Good news, warranty covers it. Bad news, my life sucks....haha just kidding.
Good news is...I HAVE A LAPTOP FOR THE CANDY EXPO! This means that I can blog about my travels every night! I can't wait to show you all!
So anyway. I'm so excited to tell you about something exciting, my first class! I think I was 20x more excited than my students, but who cares! I was invited back to my old high school to share a lesson on cupcake decorating! Horray for me! Here's some photos of the action...and my lesson.
The fondant station, where everyone learned how to roll, cut, and use fondant.
Miranda and one of her baby cupcakes!
I taught them how to make a chocolate butterfly. This is one of the students tracing the drawing with chocolate....that's going to be one yummy butterfly!
I love how they are working so tediously on this! It makes Miss Cupcake so proud!
